For those of you going to Nike, here is the information about the Nike Parent Waiver:
Athletes will not be able to participate unless the Participant Release Form is signed and returned to [email protected] . The form must be signed, scanned and emailed to [email protected] If the athlete is a minor, we will need parent/guardian consent – the coach cannot sign on the parent/guardian’s behalf.

Nike Group
Monday: Easy Run + Strength Training 4-6 miles (OHS)
Tuesday: 2 Mile Time Trial + Core 6-8 miles Core (OHS)
Wednesday: Trail Run + Strength Training 5-7 miles (OHS)
Thursday: 6-8 x 800 @ 5K pace with 1:1 recovery + Core 6-8 miles (Sugarhouse Park 3:00)
Friday: Recovery Run + Strength 5-7 miles
Saturday: Long Run + Strides 8-11 miles
Total: miles 34-47 miles

Monday: Easy Run + Strength Training 3-5 miles
Tues: Progressive Run + Core 4-6 miles
Wednesday: Recovery Run + Strength Training 3-5 miles

Tuesday: Rollercoaster + Srength Training 5-7 miles (OHS)

Thursday: 8-10 x 400 @ 5k->3k Pace with 1:1 recovery + Lifting 5-8 miles (Cottonwood Complex, Carpool there at 3:00 after lifting)
Friday: Recovery + Core 3-5 miles (OHS)
Saturday: Aerobic Run + Strides 4-6 miles
Total: 25-38 miles
