Tuesday: Craig's Cruisers/Steady Run 3-7 miles + Lifting (Olympus @ 9:00 AM)
Wednesday-Sunday: Moratorium (No Practices)

First week back group: 15-30 miles
Training for a while group: 23-40 miles

Monday: Long Run 4-9 miles + Core (Olympus @ 9:00 AM)
Tuesday: Easy Run + Lifting 3-7 miles + Core (Olympus @ 9:00 AM)
Wednesday: Easy Run + Strides 3-7 miles + Core (Olympus @ 9:00 AM)
Thursday: The Nuke (4-8 hills)/Steady Run + Lifting 3-8 miles (Olympus @ 9:00 AM)
Friday: Moratorium (No Practice)
Saturday: Easy Run 3-7 miles + Core (Olympus @ 9:00 AM)

Second week back group: 18-35 miles
Training for a while group: 23-42 miles
Do the Titan Circuit, Push-Ups, Lifting, Stretching, etc. as much as you can.
