During Spring Break, get in easy mileage and a couple of low-key workouts. Refuel and recharge over Spring Break because we will be diving right in to competition on our first week back and it is full steam ahead from there! Many of you have big family trips planned - don't be the person who ruins vacation plans because of "needing to get a workout in."
Notice that our training splits into four different categories (JV, distance, mid, and varsity). Depending on the trajectory of your season, workouts and racing will also vary.
