PARENT MEETING INFO from time trial
TEAM DINNERS:
For parents new to cross country, our pasta parties serve as an opportunity for the students to get together and share a meal and hang out the day before our meets. The hosting family can expect 40-50 students (see this link for notes from a previous pasta party host).
Hosts, please include your address and phone number as well as the time you would like the pasta party to start (generally 5:00-5:30ish). If you sign up for sides you can send those with your athlete or drop them off yourself. If every parent could sign up for one or a few of the different time slots we should be able to get them all covered. This will also allow you as parents to sign up for the day that works best for you. The host will put their phone number on the document; Please feel free to contact the host parent to see if they could use any other assistance.
We have a great group of athletes on the team and this is a fantastic way to show your support. Thank you for all of your help and especially to those of you willing to open up your homes to the students!
XC MEET SNACKS:
Parents provide snacks/drinks for athletes at the meets. This helps them with fueling and recovery. We never have too much - we will use extras as snacks before/after practice. If you can provide a snack or drink, please sign up below:
