Tuesday 9/27 - Amphitheater @ 6AM - Burners - Up steady/short steps, flat find your stride, down quick cadence, repeat + core
Wednesday 9/28 - OHS Track @ 2:30 PM - OFF or 25 minutes + 6 strides + hips + weights
Thursday 9/29 - OHS Track @ 2:30 PM- 30-35 min EASY + core
Friday 9/30 - Region Meet - Bus leaves at 1:45, return 6PM
October 1 - Trail run - Meet @ OHS North Parking Lot - 40-55 min long run
