ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. CHAMPIONSHIP PORTION OF THE SEASON
- Varsity Girls: Carly, Sofia, Miya, Ali, Jenna, Eleanor, Liza, - alternates: Sydney, Malory, Bridget
- Varsity Boys: JoJo, Max, Vaughn, Will, Dillon, Sam, Kyle - alternates: Brenen, Cole, Paul
2. Practices on Thursday, Friday, and Monday are at 8:00 AM. Captains practice time on Saturday is up to the captains!
3. I'm hoping to get Eddy's mom in to teach you guys the Thriller dance with the plan to have a dance battle next Tuesday before varsity athletes complete goal sheets for the State Meet.
4. For the State Meet NEXT WEDNESDAY - Varsity athletes are excused from all classes. * JV athletes - you are welcome to take the bus with us! - however, your parents will need to excuse your absence from school.
5. NEXT Wednesday 10/27 - UHSAA 5A State Championship

- 11:00 a.m. 5A Awards. It is unclear if awards will happen directly after the 5A race, but that's how I interpreted it...

- Medals will be awarded to the top 10 individual finishers in each race. The first and second place boys’ and girls’ teams in each classification will receive trophies. All awards will be made as quickly after the finish as possible.
- Spectators will be charged for parking to enter the venue. Fans will not be able to enter the venue without parking the facility. Vehicles with two-or-less individuals inside the car will be charged $10; vehicles with three or-more individuals will be charged $20. RV’s and other oversize vehicles will be charged at $40, due to the use of multiple parking spots. Vehicles will be issued wristbands at the entrance gates for the corresponding numbers of individuals inside the vehicle. Parking passes can be purchased on the UHSAA GoFan online ticket portal at https://gofan.co/app/school/UHSAA or purchased at the gate. A convenience credit card fee will be charged as part of the purchase. There will be no cash option for purchase. It is advised for everyone to prepurchase parking passes to allow for faster parking and entrance into the facility. Individuals who hold UHSAA Annual Passes will show the pass at the parking lot entry gate to receive wristbands for them and another individual.
