We had a great turnout for our 3rd Craig's Cruisers! We had 27 kids show up, so I hope to see 27 posts about the number of loops you ran, and your time! Remember to stay hydrated and come to practice each day having eaten something to give you energy for that day's run.
I can't believe that July is already over and we are headed into our last few weeks of summer! For those of you keeping track, please post your total mileage for July in the comments. Remember that in order to be eligible for the mileage award you need to keep track of your miles each day and post the total on the website each month.
There will be a lot of information coming out this week leading up to the official start of the season (8/6) regarding registration, gear, and physicals, so please check the updates tab frequently.
