Monday: Recovery Run + Core + Plyos (3-7 miles)
Tuesday: 3-5 x 1200 + 4 x 200 (5-8 miles) @ Olympic Oval
Wednesday: Recovery Run + Dumbbell Circuit + Core (3-7 miles)
Thursday: Long Run (5-11 miles) @ Jeremy Ranch Road
Friday: Recovery Run + Core + Lifting (3-7 miles)
Saturday: 2-3 x 2 mile (6-10 miles) @ OHS North Lot @ 8:30 AM
Total: 25-50 miles
Tuesday Instructions: We will carpool to the Olympic Oval at 2:20 from the indoor track. The cost to use the oval is $4. Bring your spikes and wear clothes to workout inside. We will return as close to 5:00 as possible. Upperclassmen please be prepared to drive.
