Tuesday: Craig's Cruisers + Strength Training 5-8 miles (OHS)
Wednesday: Recovery Run + Core 5-8 miles (Cottonwood Complex at 2:45)
Thursday: Easy Run + 6 strides + Strength Training 4-6 miles (OHS)
Friday: Pre-Race 3-5 miles + Core (West side stands at 7:30 AM)
Saturday: Timp Invite 5-7 miles

Athlete of the Week
This week Maya and Oscar were chosen as the Athletes of the Week. With so many seniors graduating last year, Maya has stepped up and become one of the leaders on the girl's team. She has been consistent in her training and it is paying off as she has finished in the top spot the last two meets. ** This year Oscar has moved up significantly in both place and time. He was consistently our 30th runner last year, and this year he has finished in the top 10 in 2 of our races. He has also broken 20 minutes in 2 of our meets.
