Please comment with your July miles. Even if your mileage is just what you have done in the 4 days this week, please post it. In addition, set a realistic mileage goal for the month of August by choosing a mileage number between 20-55 miles a week and multiplying that number by 4. Remember to log your miles and the details of your runs on your calendar.
Fees: The school is still determining whether fees for this fall will be done on registermyathlete or on the webstore as it has been in the past. We will let you know as soon as we find out. Remember to keep working towards being eligible by August 7th by registering on registermyathlete and turning your physical in to one of the coaches.
