Wednesday: Recovery + Core 4-7 miles (OHS)
Thursday: Long Run + Core 5-11 miles (OHS or Trail Run TBD)
Friday: Recovery + Lifting 4-7 miles (OHS)
Saturday: 3-5 x 1600 + Core 6-9 miles (SHP 8:00 AM)
Total: 30-50 miles
