Distance- 2-2.5 mile tempo run + lifting (6-10 miles)
Mid- 4-8 x 2 minute pick ups in 3200 pace with 1:1 recovery (4-7 miles)
Friday: Recovery Run (5-9 miles)
Saturday:
Distance- Long Run (6-11 miles)
Mid- 2 x 600, 500, 300 in 3200 pace down to 1600 pace with 1:1 recovery and a 5 minute recovery in between sets
