Tuesday: 8-12 x Craig Hill + Lifting (5-9 miles)
Wednesday: Recovery Run + Strides + Dumbbell Circuit + Core (3-7 miles)
Thursday: Long Run + Lifting (5-11 miles)
Friday: Recovery Run + Strides + Plyos + Core (3-7 miles)
Saturday: Progression Run or BYU Race (3-8 miles)
Total: 20-50 miles
