Tuesday 10/11 - Divisionals!! - Race Details - Bus leaves at 7AM, return 1PM
Wednesday 10/12 - OHS Track @ 2:30 PM - 45 min EASY + core
Thursday 10/13 - On your own! - 12x200m equal recovery (45 minutes total running)
Friday 10/14 - On your own! - Off or 40 min +core
Saturday 10/15 - Trail run - Meet @ OHS North Parking Lot - 65-75 min long run
