Monday 10/3 - OHS Track @ 2:30 PM - 45 min EASY + 6 strides + core - captain's practice option to run trails
Tuesday 10/4 - Amphitheater @ 6AM - 30-35 min EASY + hips+weights
Wednesday 10/5 - OHS Track @ 2:30: THE BEAST - Track tempo mile (jog to Lincoln), Lincoln Hills, as many as you can before the top boys finish 10, Track mile all out
Thursday 10/6 - OHS Track @ 2:30 PM- Team’s choice park or trail- 35-45 min EASY + core
Friday 10/7 - Amphitheater @ 6:30AM - 1 mile (4min) 800 (2 min) 400 (1 min) 400 fast + hips + weights
Saturday 10/8 - Trail run - Meet @ OHS North Parking Lot - 60-70 min long run
