Wednesday: Recovery Run 3-5 miles (Mandatory FL Meeting 3:45-4:15) (OHS)
Thursday: Easy Run + 6 x 150 Strides 3-5 miles
Friday: Pre-Race Run 3-4 miles
Saturday: Footlocker Race 6-8 miles
Total: 24-35 miles

Departure from OHS: Meet in front of the cafeteria (south lot) at 5:50 AM. We will depart as close to 6:00 AM as possible. Wear running clothes onto the bus.
Travel day with workout, lunch, and dinner breaks.
Friday
Course preview and run, packet pick-up, and beach.
Saturday
Race, awards, and Disneyland.
Race day registration is $50.
Sunday
Travel day with lunch and dinner breaks.
